Senior Executive– Supply Chain Management
Department: Supply Chain / Procurement
Location : Thane Wagle Estate – 6 days a week (alternate Saturdays working)

Job Purpose
Will be responsible for managing the end-to-end SCM process, ensuring optimal sourcing, supplier management, and supply continuity. The role involves driving cost efficiency, maintaining compliance with quality standards, and implementing processes to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Manage the entire order lifecycle, including order entry, processing, and fulfilment.
- Ensure that orders are entered accurately into the order management system and track progress throughout the order cycle within the lead time till dispatch.
- Supports order changes, cancellations, or modifications based on customer requests and system updates.
Cold Chain Management
- Ensure strict adherence to cold chain receiving processes across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and track temperature fluctuations during mid-mile and last-mile transit to prevent temperature abuse.
- Supervise cold room temperature parameters and take immediate corrective actions in case of deviation.
- Conduct regular cold chain audits across the region to ensure SOP compliance.

Inventory Management
· Help monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
· Support in MRP management.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with QA/QC for vendor audits, documentation, change management, and regulatory submissions.
Other Activities
- Conduct warehouse inspections along with QA
- Develop dashboards for Budget vs Actuals, Inventory Tracking, and Raw Material Availability.
- Managing special requirements for Key customers
Education / Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics Management or other relevant degree with proven data analytics skills
- Preferred MBA Degree in Operations/Supply chain from reputed university
Experience And Skills
- 4 +years of experience working in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
- Advanced mathematical and analytical skills
- Good understanding and experience in SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
