Astrotalk is hiring across all roles and experience levels as part of our South India expansion.
This role requires working proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam (spoken and written) - please apply only if you meet this requirement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the strategy and execution for onboarding consultants across the South Indian region, from sourcing to activation
- Drive outbound and inbound sales through cold calling, building a strong, sustainable pipeline of quality consultants
- Track daily performance through dashboards and reporting, managing junior executives to hit onboarding. conversion and retention targets
- Design and conduct structured training and workshop programs to help consultants succeed on the platform
- Ideate and build engagement resources to improve consultant retention and satisfaction
