Job Title: Senior Engineer – Slope Stabilization
Department: Projects / Geotechnical Engineering
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 7–8 Years
Location: PAN India (Willing to travel and relocate as per project requirements)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Slope Stabilization to oversee and execute slope stabilization and geotechnical projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute slope stabilization works as per project specifications.
- Manage site execution activities including soil nailing, rock bolting, rock anchoring, shotcrete, wire mesh installation, gabion walls, and slope protection works.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Review engineering drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE guidelines.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

- Strong knowledge of slope stabilization and geotechnical construction techniques.

- Soil Nailing
- Rock Anchoring
- Rock Bolting
- Shotcrete
- Gabion Structures
- Wire Mesh Installation
- Drainage & Slope Protection Systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good project planning and execution skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 7–8 years in slope stabilization or geotechnical construction projects.
- Must have hands-on experience in slope stabilization works.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites across PAN India.
- Good communication and team management skills.
