Job SummaryFloaid Medtech is looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer – Embedded Systems to develop, integrate, debug and validate electronics for medical-device products. The role covers embedded firmware, STM32-based systems, sensor integration, motor control, display/UI development, PCB-level electronics and system validation.
Key Responsibilities• Embedded Firmware: Develop and maintain STM32-based firmware using Embedded C; implement control logic, monitoring, parameters and alarms.
• MCU & Interfaces: Work with ADC, SPI, I2C, CAN, GPIO, timers and encoder interfaces.
• Display & UI: Develop and maintain TouchGFX-based medical-device interfaces and work with Riverdi displays.
• Sensor Integration: Integrate and troubleshoot pressure, level, bubble, temperature, magnetic and encoder sensors.
• Motor Control: Integrate ESCON motor controllers and Maxon motors; support speed control, feedback and debugging.
• PCB & Electronics: Support schematic design, component selection, PCB bring-up, circuit debugging and hardware testing.
• System Integration: Integrate sensors, motors, displays, controllers and firmware and perform system-level troubleshooting.
• Validation & Documentation: Participate in prototype testing, verification/validation and preparation of technical documentation and test records.
Required Skills• STM32 microcontrollers and embedded development tools.
• Embedded C programming and firmware debugging.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Hands-on experience with SPI, I2C, CAN, ADC, GPIO and timers.
• Sensor interfacing and hardware–software integration.
• Circuit debugging, PCB bring-up and root-cause analysis.
• Basic understanding of motor control and encoder feedback.
• Experience with TouchGFX or similar embedded GUI frameworks.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills• Riverdi displays and TouchGFX UI development.
• ESCON motor controllers and Maxon motors.
• Encoder interfacing and closed-loop motor control.
• KiCad or equivalent schematic/PCB tools.
• Medical-device electronics and product validation experience.
Candidate Profile• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on project/prototype experience in embedded electronics is strongly preferred.
• Good technical documentation and communication skills.
