A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Senior Director / AVP – Board & Company Secretary to lead its Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance functions.
A MD & Board-facing leadership role, driving governance excellence, Board effectiveness, listed-company compliance, regulatory disclosures, and alignment with global governance standards, including supporting IPO and listing-related requirements.
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 15–20 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Background: Strong experience in listed companies and multinational organisations, preferably within the manufacturing sector, is essential. Expertise in Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Insider Trading Regulations, Board & Committee Governance, Corporate Disclosures, FEMA, and Secretarial Compliance is critical. Prior experience as a SEBI LODR Compliance Officer is highly desirable, while IPO or significant capital-market transaction experience would be an advantage.
