Role Description The Articled Assistant – CS (Professional) will support company secretarial and compliance functions on a full-time basis at our on-site office in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns, maintaining secretarial records and registers, and supporting the drafting of board and shareholder meeting notices, agendas, and minutes. The role involves helping with corporate governance documentation, monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and coordinating with clients and internal teams for information and documentation. The Articled Assistant will also conduct research on corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and related guidelines, prepare concise reports or summaries, and contribute to process documentation and standard templates to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Should be pursuing CS Professional and eligible to undertake articleship training as per ICSI regulations.
- Should possess skills in corporate law, company secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Should possess abilities in legal and regulatory research, analysis, and concise report writing.
- Should possess proficiency in drafting corporate documents, meeting agendas, minutes, and formal correspondence.
- Should possess competence in maintaining statutory registers, documentation, and organized records.
- Should possess strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online filing portals.
- Should possess effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of professional ethics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Prior internship or exposure in company secretarial, compliance, or corporate advisory will be an added advantage.
