Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in data engineering, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and cloud data platforms. The candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing data ingestion and transformation pipelines and working with large-volume datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture.
- Configure and manage Fivetran or similar ELT tools.
- Develop incremental load and CDC pipelines.
- Handle large-volume data ingestion and backfill activities.
- Optimize Lakehouse performance and storage.
- Implement data pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Support deployment across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
- Experience with Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory.
- Strong knowledge of Fivetran or similar ELT tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience working with high-volume datasets.
- Good understanding of Data Modeling and Medallion Architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
