Job Description:se of Role
- Design, build, and manage scalable, AI-ready data solutions and products
- Develop and maintain robust semantic layers and data models
- Ensure high standards of data quality, reliability, and governance
- Enable machine learning and Agentic AI capabilities across the data platform and products
- Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders
- Drive experience and cost optimization through data-driven insights and analytics
- Logically/conceptually sound to grasp the business needs.
Mandatory Skills:
- Deep understanding of big data ecosystems and modern data engineering principles
- Strong experience building and managing cloud-based data solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ability to design scalable, resilient, cost-efficient, and agentic data solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Dataproc, BigQuery, or Synapse
- Experience with real-time/streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hub, Dataflow)
- Strong experience with enterprise orchestration platforms like Apache Airflow or SaaS platforms such as Astronomer
- Experience with CI/CD and DataOps practices
- Experience with data governance frameworks and metadata management
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data reliability
- Hands-on experience in data platform engineering and administration
- Experience / exposure with Agentic AI, LLM integrations, and orchestration frameworks
Good to Have Skills:
- Exposure to multi-cloud
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools for data platforms
- API and microservices-based data integrations
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI
- Retail domain experience
- Experience building user interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as React

Work Experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Any engineering discipline)
Preferred Qualification: Masters: Computer Science or IT
