We are looking for a senior compliance professional (12+ years of PQE) in Mumbai to oversee regulatory compliances, governance, regulatory filings, disclosures, and board support across a listed company with multiple entities. The ideal candidate is a qualified CompanySecretary (LLB preferred) with significant experience in listed environments, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle complex compliance structures.
