Title: Lead Software Compliance Analyst
Years of Experience: 7+ years
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Key responsibilities and required experience:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Software Compliance & Licensing: SME‑level knowledge of software compliance and licensing agreements for end‑user, server, platform, SaaS, and other models.
- Vendor‑Specific Licensing Knowledge: Knowledge of products and licensing agreements from: IBM (including IBM PPA – Passport Advantage), Oracle, Microsoft
- SAM Normalization & Software Models: Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) normalization and different software licensing models.
- ServiceNow SAM: Hands‑on skill set with ServiceNow SAM module.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across platforms and teams as the SAM SME, with strong collaboration involving: Procurement teams, Technology teams, Business units
- Renewal & Compliance Experience: Experience with renewals from Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, and IBM‑ILMT (IBM License Metric Tool); Basic of AI is also required for software compliance purposes.
- Automation & AI Priority: Automation and AI are high priorities for this role.
