Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, productivity and site progress.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure compliance.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure project activities are completed within planned timelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and site execution.
- Good coordination, communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and resolve execution issues.
- Candidates with relevant experience in residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
