Job Description: Expat Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and construction standards.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction/project execution.
• Strong knowledge of building, structural, concrete, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong site supervision and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Professional certification/registration is an added advantage.
