Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our engineering and construction operations. The role involves managing projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, timely execution, and cost control.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for building and leading the engineering team by hiring engineers, architects, interns, and other technical staff, conducting interviews, establishing operational systems, and implementing best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Lead residential and commercial construction projects.
* Supervise site execution, quality, safety, and project timelines.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
* Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical documents.
* Plan project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
* Hire, interview, mentor, and manage engineering and technical teams.
* Establish engineering processes, SOPs, and project workflows.
* Resolve technical issues and drive operational improvements.
Qualifications
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* 8–15 years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
* Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC, planning, quality control, and project management.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction documentation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
