Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the Account Manager with day-to-day activities for The Home Depot account.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate product, SKU, pricing, promotional, and account-related information.
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, order, and account performance reports.
• Support product launches, assortment changes, promotions, presentations, and business reviews.
• Track sales trends, product performance, inventory movement, and customer demand to identify
opportunities and potential risks.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–5 years of experience in account management
• Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting sales, inventory, order, and customer performance data.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics and attention to detail.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up capabilities.
• Flexible to work in shifts aligned with US business hours and customer requirements.
