🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive / Senior BDE
📍 Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Massil Technologies is expanding its sales team, and we're looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Executive to drive B2B business growth across India, APAC, and the Middle East.
If you have a strong track record in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or IT services sales and enjoy building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across India, APAC, and Middle East markets.
- Promote and sell AI, SaaS, Cloud, System Integration, API, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand client requirements and present the right solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Product Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, business development, and deal closure.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience engaging with mid-level and senior decision-makers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong interest in AI, SaaS, Cloud, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and consistently deliver results.
