This position is based at our corporate office in Hyderabad and may include travel to the factory as required.
Role Summary
We are looking for an Export & Business Development Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation and customs clearance, while acquiring new overseas buyers to drive global growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and execute complete Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment documentation.
- Coordinate directly with Custom House Agents (CHA) for seamless export customs clearance and checklist approvals.
- Secure container bookings, coordinate container placement, and supervise container loading plans.
- Identify and acquire new international buyers and send samples and catalogues to prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end communication with existing international buyers.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to meet buyer specifications and shipment schedules.
Skills:
- Education: Graduate / Master’s Degree (MCA / B.Sc. Computers or equivalent).
- Experience in Export Operations, Export Documentation, and International Business Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Tally).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
