Hiring for our Client | Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

CTC: ₹8.5–11.4 LPA Fixed + Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift Timings: 11 AM–8 PM or 12 PM–9 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced business development professionals with a strong background in EdTech sales. The successful candidate will manage prospective learner relationships, identify suitable learning solutions, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth through a structured, target-oriented sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective learners and assess their career development requirements.
- Recommend relevant upskilling programs through consultative sales conversations.
- Manage leads from initial outreach through follow-up and final conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Address objections and help prospects make informed enrollment decisions.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate lead records.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales outcomes.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–6 years of overall work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of EdTech experience is mandatory.
- Demonstrated sales experience and target achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management abilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. B.Tech is preferred for technical backgrounds, while B.Com/BBA is preferred for non-technical backgrounds.
Good to Have
- Experience selling professional education or technology upskilling programs.
- Exposure to high-ticket sales.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion.
Work Schedule & Hiring Process
- Five working days per week.
- Fixed weekly offs on Monday and Tuesday.
- Shift: 11 AM–8 PM or 12 PM–9 PM.
- Three rounds of virtual interviews.
- Selected candidates must relocate to Gurugram and work from the office from Day 1.
- Joining Date: 11 November 2026.
