Senior Associate – Civil & Criminal Litigation
EOS Chambers of Law | New Delhi | Full-Time | On-Site
EOS Chambers of Law is looking for an experienced Senior Associate Lawyer with strong hands-on experience in both Civil and Criminal Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle Civil and Criminal litigation matters
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, applications, notices and legal documents
- Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis
- Appear before courts and assist in hearings and proceedings
- Handle client conferences, case strategy and legal advisory
- Manage matters from drafting through hearings and follow-up
- Coordinate with clients, seniors and the legal team
Requirements
- LL.B. from a recognised university
- 6+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong practical experience in both Civil & Criminal Litigation
- Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills
- Experience in court appearances and handling litigation matters independently
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws, procedures and court practice
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters and work under deadlines
LL.M. or additional specialised litigation experience will be an advantage.
