Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role based in Delhi NCR. The Advocate will handle day-to-day legal activities such as representing clients in litigation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing counsel in various areas of law. Responsibilities also include negotiating settlements, analyzing case laws, managing case files, and advising clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
-Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 4 years
-The prospective candidate must possess substantial experience and working knowledge in Criminal Law, Civil Law, Writ Jurisdiction and Arbitration Law.
-Candidates should demonstrate strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
