Kaizenat Technologies, an Ansys Select Channel Partner and PTC Partner, is looking for a Senior Application Engineer who combines hands-on Ansys expertise with customer-facing leadership.
What you'll do:
🔹 Deliver hands-on simulations, demos & POCs using Ansys Structural and Ansys Fluids (CFD)
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Application Engineers
🔹 Own the technical sales cycle — discovery, demos, evaluations, proposals
🔹 Drive post-sales adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities
🔹 Travel PAN-India for customer meetings, workshops & events
What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years in Ansys application engineering, incl. 2+ years in a Sales/Presales Engineer role
✅ Strong hands-on skills in Ansys Structural & Ansys Fluids
✅ Proven ability to lead a small technical team
✅ Excellent communication, presentation & convincing skills
✅ Ready to travel extensively across India
