Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be a strategic partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams, working on the company’s most complex and high-impact financial projects. Your mission goes beyond process modeling: you must act as a trusted advisor, anticipating the needs and risks of strategic clients and translating business challenges into high-value technical solutions within Pipefy. We expect you to be an internal technical benchmark, influencing the product roadmap and mentoring junior team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Consulting: Deeply understand the client's business context to anticipate needs and risks, proposing solutions that maximize ROI and retention.
- Executive Communication: Lead high-impact presentations for C-Level executives and technical decision-makers, building rapport and utilizing value-driven and data-oriented narratives.
- Complex Solution Design: Model sophisticated workflows and critical integrations (via Workato/API), ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Act as an interdepartmental point of reference, facilitating integration between Sales, Product, and Marketing to solve complex challenges.
- Data Analysis: Translate usage metrics and satisfaction indicators into strategic insights, implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Mentorship: Support the technical development of less experienced team members, raising the bar for the quality of the area's deliverables.
Requirements:
- Advanced Experience: Solid track record in Sales Engineering, Process Solutions, or Software Implementation (preferably SaaS/Enterprise).
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to connect the business goals of large enterprises to software architectures.
- Technical Mastery: Deep experience with process modeling, SQL, and systems integrations (APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks).
- Senior-Level Soft Skills: Clear and assertive communication, ability to influence, empathy in handling challenging conversations, and high analytical capacity.
- Languages: Advanced Spanish (essential for the LatAm market) and Fluent English (for global collaboration).
It would be awesome if you have:
- Previous experience using Pipefy.
- Experience in hyper-growth agile environments.
- Advanced knowledge of GraphQL or other API protocols.
- Experience with Low-Code/No-code iPaaS such as Workato or Make.
- Proficiency in SQL.
What you will get in return:
- A fast-paced environment with an inclusive culture and a focus on autonomy.
- The opportunity to directly impact the global strategy of a brand present in over 150 countries.
- A comprehensive benefits package (Health/Dental plan, Home Office allowance, Gympass, Education allowance, and extended leaves).
