We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to promote and enroll students in our various programs, including:
📊 Data Analyst Program
📈 Business Analyst Program
💼 Investment Banking Program
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students about our Data Analyst, Business Analyst, and Investment Banking programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Understand students' career goals and recommend the most suitable program.
Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in Education Sales.
✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills.
✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Target-driven and self-motivated.
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
