About the Role
Hero Education is looking for dynamic and experienced Learning Consultants and Senior Learning Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales, with proven experience in selling Online MBA Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners and understand their career and learning goals.
- Drive end-to-end sales of Online MBA Programs through consultative selling.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and guide them through the enrollment journey.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about programs and offerings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry.
- Mandatory experience in selling Online MBA Programs.
- Strong consultative selling and counselling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of any South Indian language is required.
