Job Description – Senior Accounts & Finance Executive
Job Purpose
• The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance and accounts functions, ensuring statutory compliance, MIS preparation, budgeting. The role requires strong technical knowledge in accounting, taxation, and SAP-based reporting, along with analytical and leadership skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• GST compliance including monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliations, and advisory support.
• Income Tax compliance including advance tax, TDS/TCS, return filing support, and assessments.
• Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports
• Budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Cash flow planning, forecasting, and working capital management.
• Transfer pricing documentation and compliance support.
• Coordination with auditors (internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits).
• Review of general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Required Skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience in SAP and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• SAP - Mandatory
