Job Title: Security PMO- Cybersecurity Trainings & Delivery
Duration: Full-Time Employee

About the Job
We are looking for a Security PMO who will own the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity training programs. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, project management, curriculum design, and client coordination.
You will manage end-to-end training projects, ensure smooth execution of technical sessions, coordinate with trainers and clients, and step in to deliver cybersecurity sessions where required.
Key Responsibilities
• Training & Delivery Management
- Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity training programs (B2B and B2C).
2. Create detailed training plans, schedules, and delivery timelines.
3.Ensure smooth execution of live, virtual, and blended training sessions.
• Technical & Instructional Responsibilities
- Deliver cybersecurity sessions as required based on expertise and program needs.
2. Support trainers during live sessions and hands-on labs.
3.Review and validate technical training content for accuracy and relevance.
• Curriculum Design & Customization
- Design, customize, and update cybersecurity curricula based on client requirements.
- Align content with industry standards, certification objectives, and skill-level expectations.
3. Convert high-level requirements into structured learning paths and modules.
• Project & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for training projects and clients.
2. Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, operations, and sales teams.
3.Manage client expectations, milestones, and delivery commitments. Track risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps and close them proactively.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and delivery reports.
2. Collect participant and client feedback and drive improvements.
3.Identify gaps in delivery, content, or processes and recommend solutions.
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as: Network security, application security, cloud security, SOC, GRC, or IAM.
• Experience in managing technical trainings, workshops, or learning programs.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable handling multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Any Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
Certifications in:
a) CompTIA Security+
b) ISO/IEC 27001 (Foundation / Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor)
