Responsibilities:
Job Description
- Able to manage security gurard
- Supervise and manage security guards and security operations at the construction site.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, workers, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain proper visitor, vehicle, material movement, and incident records.
- Ensure strict adherence to site security and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular patrolling and monitor CCTV surveillance.
- Prevent theft, unauthorized entry, and loss of company materials/equipment.
- Coordinate with site management, contractors, security agencies, and local authorities when required.
- Manage security guard deployment, shifts, attendance, and daily duties.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, conflicts, and security-related complaints.
- Prepare daily security reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure security personnel follow company rules, discipline, and safety protocols.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Mumbai as security guard
- Priority will be given to security guard who worked in construction site
