Swami Dayananda Saraswati Vidyalaya, Roorkee (Uttarakhand)
Swami Dayananda Saraswati Vidyalaya, a unit of AIM FOR SEVA, is inviting applications from passionate, experienced and committed educators for the following leadership positions:
🔹 1. PRE-PRIMARY COORDINATOR
Experience: 3–5 years in Pre-Primary/Early Years education
Qualifications: B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECCE or equivalent preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the Pre-Primary academic programme
• Mentor teachers and strengthen classroom practices
• Implement play-based, experiential and child-centred learning
• Support implementation of NEP 2020, FLN & ECCE
• Coordinate lesson planning, assessments and parent engagement
🔹 2. PRIMARY SCHOOL COORDINATOR
Experience: 3–5 years in Primary School teaching/academic coordination
Qualifications: B.Ed. or equivalent; relevant academic leadership experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate academic planning for Primary classes
• Mentor and guide teachers
• Monitor lesson plans, assessments and student progress
• Promote experiential, activity-based and value-oriented learning
• Coordinate academic activities and parent communication
🔹 3. MIDDLE SCHOOL COORDINATOR
Experience: 3–5 years in Middle School teaching/academic coordination
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed. preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead academic coordination for Middle School
• Support teachers in curriculum planning and implementation
• Monitor academic progress, assessments and classroom practices
• Encourage interdisciplinary, experiential and inquiry-based learning
• Strengthen student discipline, values and holistic development
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
