Are you an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant looking for your next challenging opportunity?
Join our enterprise applications team and play a key role in SAP CRM solution design, configuration, integration, implementation, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who can effectively bridge business requirements and SAP CRM technology and drive high-quality solutions across the CRM landscape.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Conduct business workshops and gather functional requirements
🔹 Configure SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center & Order Management
🔹 Design scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices
🔹 Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for ABAP/technical teams
🔹 Configure and monitor SAP CRM Middleware
🔹 Support integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and third-party systems
🔹 Work with IDocs, BAPIs, Queues & BDOCs
🔹 Lead/support Unit Testing, SIT & UAT
🔹 Provide end-user training, documentation and knowledge transfer
🔹 Support Go-Live, Hypercare & Production Support
🔹 Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
🛠️ Must-Have Skills
✅ 8+ years of SAP CRM Functional Consulting experience
✅ Strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service or Marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with SAP CRM Web UI
✅ Knowledge of AET (Application Enhancement Tool) & BSP
✅ Strong CRM Middleware experience
✅ CRM–ERP integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA
✅ Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, Queues & BDOCs
✅ Strong functional specification, testing and production-support experience
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
🌟 Good to Have
⭐ Interaction Center experience
⭐ Order Management experience
⭐ SAP CRM implementation / rollout experience
⭐ Experience working with global stakeholders
