Role Description The Telecalling Executive role at VOIZ is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Telecalling Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to support customer queries, provide information about products or services, and follow up on leads. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, updating customer details in the system, and adhering to scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards. The Telecalling Executive will be expected to meet daily call targets, collaborate with the team to improve customer experience, and provide regular feedback on recurring customer issues. The position requires consistent punctuality, professionalism, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to listen actively, handle objections, and resolve basic customer concerns over the phone.
- Comfort using phone systems, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, data entry).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales process support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Good time management, reliability, and willingness to work fixed shifts as required.
- Minimum high school diploma; higher education in any discipline is a plus.
- Openness to training, feedback, and continuous skill development.
