High school/GED, technical training helpful. Minimum eight years journeyperson-level experience with at least one year supervisory experience. Ability to install, repair, and maintain commercial food service equipment and associated electrical, plumbing, gas, and refrigeration systems. Valid Texas driver license and on-call availability required.
