Role Description
The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations at expanding branches of AniGlow Unisex Salons, ensuring efficient workflow, high service standards, and an excellent client experience. This full-time hybrid role is based in Thane, with on-site responsibilities. Key duties include managing the salon team, supervising service delivery, monitoring inventory and product usage, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards while achiving revenue targets. The role also involves handling client inquiries and feedback, supporting marketing and promotional activities, and coordinating with senior management on sales targets and performance metrics. The Salon Manager will play a central role in aligning the salon’s services with AniGlow Professional products and the company’s values of quality, transparency, and social impact.
Qualifications
- Relevant cosmetology and hair care skills, with a strong understanding of salon services and professional product usage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships, resolve concerns, and support a welcoming salon environment.
- Experience in hiring, supervising, and mentoring salon staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team development.
- Proven ability in operations management, including inventory control, quality assurance, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of sales and salon marketing, with the ability to support promotions and meet revenue goals.
- Comfort with using scheduling, POS, and reporting tools; proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Prior experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager in a professional salon environment is preferred.
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, hairdressing, or beauty management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
