Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Pest Control Services professional. The role involves visiting client locations, inspecting premises, identifying pest issues, and implementing appropriate treatment plans in accordance with safety standards and company procedures. Daily tasks include handling and applying pest control chemicals, maintaining service records, communicating findings and recommendations to clients, and ensuring follow-up visits are completed as scheduled. The position also requires collaboration with the operations team, adherence to environmental and regulatory guidelines, and participation in ongoing training on pest management techniques and product usage.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management, with the ability to assess infestations and apply suitable treatment methods.
- Knowledge of PEST (pest evaluation and control techniques) and related industry practices to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
- Strong Communication skills to explain procedures, safety measures, and service outcomes clearly to clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of Lawn Care and outdoor treatment practices for managing pests in gardens and open areas.
- Ability to work on-site in various residential and commercial environments, including lifting equipment and performing physical tasks.
- Attention to safety, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to chemical handling guidelines.
- Prior experience in pest control or facility maintenance is preferred; relevant training or certification in pest management is an advantage.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; willingness to undergo company-provided training and comply with local regulatory requirements.
