Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive who is passionate about helping customers and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers and understand their sleep and comfort requirements.
- Recommend suitable mattresses, pillows, recliners, and other sleep products.
- Demonstrate product features and explain their benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales and store targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist with billing, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for order fulfillment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, furniture, mattresses, consumer durables, or lifestyle products. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
