Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Specialist focused on ERP systems in the USA market. The Sales Specialist will prospect and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and manage the sales cycle for ERP solutions targeted at manufacturing and industrial clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demos, tailoring proposals to client requirements, and collaborating with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate scoping. The role involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track activities, forecasting revenue, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, provide market feedback to internal teams, and stay current on ERP trends, Lean Manufacturing concepts, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling ERP or software solutions to manufacturing or industrial clients in the USA market.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, demos, proposals, and closing.
- Ability to understand and communicate ERP functionalities, Lean Manufacturing principles, and value propositions related to efficiency and vendor optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives and operational teams.
- Comfort with remote work, proficient in CRM systems and online collaboration tools, and capable of managing time and priorities independently.
- Analytical mindset for understanding client processes, identifying pain points, and aligning ERP solutions with business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial consulting is highly beneficial; familiarity with vendor management and quality improvement is a plus.
