🎯 What you'll do
- Consult with learners and parents — really understand their dreams and worries
- Guide them to the right program with honesty and care
- Walk with them through the full journey, from first conversation to enrollment
- Follow up, nurture relationships, and keep families supported
- Take ownership of your goals in a high-performance, high-trust team
✅ Who we're looking for
- People who genuinely love helping others and building real relationships
- Strong communicators who can earn trust quickly
- Experience in sales, counseling, business development, or customer success
- Comfort with targets — because you'll want to reach more families, not fewer
- CRM familiarity preferred; EdTech/coaching/education background is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
💰 How you're rewarded ₹21,000 fixed every month, OR 10% commission on every sale — whichever is higher.
- Average program value is ₹3L+ (GST extra) → a single enrollment earns you ₹30,000–35,000+ in commission alone
- Most performers cross their fixed salary in any month they close even one sale
- 3–4 closes/month → take-home of ₹1,00,000+
- Consistent closers realistically build toward ₹8L–₹16L annually
Your fixed salary is your safety net, not your ceiling. When you serve more families well, you earn more. Zero cap.
