Who Can Apply?
✅ Graduate (Mandatory)
✅ 0–6 months of experience in EdTech/Sales
✅ Must not be pursuing any degree/course currently
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
✅ Strong interpersonal and sales skills
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions
• Conduct counselling sessions and explain Bhanzu's programs
• Build strong customer relationships and guide prospects through the enrollment journey
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets
