About the RoleWe are hiring Sales Representatives for a leading private sector bank in Thane, Mumbai. If you have experience in telecalling or sales and are looking to build a rewarding career in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) industry, this is a great opportunity.
The role involves promoting banking products, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell banking products and services.
- Generate leads through telecalling and customer interactions.
- Convert prospects into customers by understanding their financial needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria- Graduation completed (Mandatory).
- 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Age: Up to 32 years.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
