Jai Deva Oil Co., a growing manufacturer and supplier of automotive and industrial lubricants, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with industrial customers and follow up on leads received from the Field Sales Team.
- Convert prospective leads into customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information on automotive and industrial lubricants.
- Follow up on sales orders, repeat orders, pending payments, and outstanding collections.
- Maintain regular customer communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the daily activities and performance of Field Sales Officers.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Officers to track market visits, customer meetings, lead status, and sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Teams for order processing, dispatch updates, and payment status.
✅ Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, sales coordination, customer relationship management, or telesales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and customer data management.
- Ability to convert leads, manage customer relationships, and achieve business targets.
