Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales role based in Hisar, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales person for medical devices will identify and approach potential customers, including clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, to promote and sell the company’s medical device offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product presentations, managing follow-ups, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The Sales person is expected to build strong relationships, stay informed about product features and industry trends, and consistently work toward achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product features clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability in sales or business development, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or related technical products.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing multiple client accounts.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) to support sales activities and reporting.
- Knowledge of or interest in medical devices and healthcare practices, with the willingness to learn product details and industry standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including traveling locally in and around Hisar to meet clients as needed.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, marketing, science, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in field sales or customer-facing roles will be considered beneficial.
