Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales & Operation Intern role is based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist in managing daily sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems. Responsibilities include supporting customer inquiries, coordinating with training teams to schedule sessions, and helping ensure smooth operational workflows. The role involves preparing basic reports, organizing documentation, and contributing to promotional outreach for academy programs. The intern will collaborate with sales and training staff, learn standard operating procedures, and support process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead handling, conversions, and basic pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as coordinating sessions and understanding learner needs, to assist the academy’s training operations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort with CRM or data-entry tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bhubaneswar and maintain a professional, learner-focused attitude.
- Undergraduate students or recent graduates in business, management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
