Role Description:
The Operations Intern will support daily operational activities across projects and internal teams at iDesign.Market. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hauz Khas and involves coordinating with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and usage of the platform. Typical responsibilities include assisting with data entry and documentation, tracking project workflows, preparing reports and summaries for management, and helping streamline processes using the platform’s tools. The intern will also support cross-functional communication, follow up on tasks and timelines, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in operations and project management within a fast-growing tech organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational sales and client interaction skills to assist with demos, follow-ups, and lead management when required.
- Candidates should possess operations management and project management skills to help coordinate workflows, track tasks, and maintain documentation.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software) and comfort working with technology platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Hauz Khas, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, operations, engineering, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the AEC, interior design, or construction technology space and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Job Location: South Delhi.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
