About the Role
MotoFarm is looking for an energetic and responsible Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, driving sales, coordinating bookings and events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our off-road facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
* Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
* Explain MotoFarm experiences, packages and event offerings to customers.
* Manage bookings, payments, customer records and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with customers, instructors, vendors and the operations team.
* Assist in planning and executing events and corporate experiences.
* Ensure smooth customer experience from enquiry to completion.
* Support day-to-day operations at the facility.
* Prepare basic sales and operations reports.
* Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
What We're Looking For
*1–2 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, events or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English, Kannada Or Hindi.
* Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
* Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
* Willingness to work weekends and during events.
* Proactive, disciplined and willing to take ownership.
* Passion for automobiles, motorsport and off-road experiences is an advantage.
