About the Role:
99Graphics Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of experience in IT Services, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a Digital Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding business requirements, and presenting suitable technology and digital solutions to meet these needs. This role involves both field sales and client meetings, so candidates should be comfortable traveling within and around Kolkata for business development activities.
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on previous salary and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for IT Services, Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM, and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct field visits for client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development within an IT Services company or Digital Agency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
