Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Gurgaon. The intern will support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Spiro Labs’ diagnostic services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with market research, preparing presentations and marketing collateral, supporting digital and offline campaigns, and coordinating with healthcare providers, corporate partners, and internal teams. The role involves tracking campaign performance, gathering customer feedback, maintaining basic reports, and contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility and service outreach. The intern will collaborate closely with senior sales and marketing leaders to learn best practices and gain exposure to the healthcare diagnostics market.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, customer outreach, and campaign support.
- Ability to conduct basic market research, analyze data, and summarize insights for business decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, marketing materials, and client interactions.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office, basic CRM usage, social media for professional communication).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and interact professionally with healthcare stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Interest in the healthcare or diagnostics sector; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
