Responsibilities:
Drive residential solar sales and achieve targets
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Handle customer visits, proposals and negotiations
Lead and manage the B2C sales team
Monitor sales pipeline and sales performance
Build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2C solar sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
