💼 Candidate Profile
✅ Minimum 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry
✅ Experience in Health Insurance / Agency Channel preferred
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Ability to recruit, manage and develop agents/partners
✅ Good understanding of sales and business development
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the agency/partner network
• Recruit and onboard new agents
• Generate Health Insurance business through the agency channel
• Build strong relationships with agents and partners
• Train and support the team to achieve business targets
• Drive sales growth across the assigned location
