Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth in printing & packaging solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
- Handle B2B sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within Printing/Packaging or allied industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client accounts and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
