We are hiring for our client, a growing organization in the Waste Management & Environmental Services sector, and are looking for an experienced, target-oriented Sales Manager who can drive business growth, develop new clients and lead sales initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, site visits and tenders
• Drive B2B/B2C sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct market mapping to identify potential clients, sectors and business opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations and commercial quotations
• Negotiate with clients and effectively close business deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, leads and opportunities through CRM/reporting systems
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert opportunities into business
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational targets
🔹 Candidate Profile
✅ 5+ years of experience in Sales
✅ 3+ years of experience in Team Management
✅ Experience in Waste Management / Environmental Services / Relevant Industry preferred
✅ Strong B2B/B2C sales experience
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Strong business development and market-mapping capabilities
✅ Ability to independently manage clients, sales pipelines and closures
✅ BE – Mechanical / Diploma / Any Graduate / Postgraduate preferred
