Job Summary
We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Manager – Virtual Officer to drive Motor Insurance business remotely through the Agency Channel. The role involves managing insurance advisors, generating business, improving agent productivity, and achieving assigned sales targets through virtual engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Motor Insurance sales through the Agency Channel remotely.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents virtually.
- Generate business through online/virtual sales activities and market expansion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage and motivate advisors through regular calls, virtual meetings, and digital communication.
- Build strong relationships with agents, customers, and partners.
- Track agent performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agent network.
- Ensure excellent customer service and retention.
- Maintain regular sales reports and achieve daily/weekly/monthly business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Motor Insurance, or General Insurance.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in Motor or General Insurance is an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage and motivate a team remotely.
- Comfortable with virtual meetings, phone-based sales, and digital communication tools.
- Strong sales orientation with a focus on target achievement.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented, with the ability to work effectively from home.
