Job Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a team, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor & motivate the sales team
• Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Develop strategies to increase revenue
• Handle client meetings, presentations & site visits
• Lead negotiations and drive deal closures
• Build relationships with clients, brokers & channel partners
• Drive lead generation through networking & partnerships
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of Real Estate Sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving targets & closing deals
• Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of residential/commercial real estate
• Strong networking & relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven, confident & proactive approach
• Graduate/MBA preferred
